Responsible Artificial Intelligence

Iris is Solun Studio’s conversational assistant, available on the site in text and voice. It was built to help you understand what we do, which path might match your situation, and how to reach a useful conversation with us.

Iris is also a concrete demonstration of the kind of systems we design: you can judge it while using it.

We think being explicit about limits is more useful than listing capabilities.

• It does not make autonomous decisions and does not act on your behalf.
• It does not provide legal, tax, medical or financial advice.
• It does not replace a conversation with a human member of our team.
• It does not profile you or build a commercial picture of who you are.

Iris is built on language models. Like all such systems, it can occasionally generate answers that are inaccurate, incomplete, or phrased with more confidence than the facts justify.

When an answer concerns a decision that matters, check it with us. That is exactly why Iris closes conversations by offering human contact.

Iris is not the right channel for confidential information. Please never enter:

• Financial data, card numbers or bank details.
• Passwords, access keys or authentication codes.
• Identity documents or personal identification numbers.
• Health information.
• Other special category data under Article 9 GDPR.

If you need to share confidential information as part of a project, we will do so through a dedicated, agreed channel — never in chat.

To generate answers, conversation content is transmitted to selected artificial intelligence model providers, which act as processors on our behalf.

Voice conversations require microphone access, which your browser asks for explicitly and which you can deny or revoke at any time. Audio is used only to generate the response while you speak.

Iris is an orientation tool, not a decision-maker. No assessment concerning your project, your company or a possible collaboration is made by an automated system.

We periodically review conversations to correct errors and improve answer quality.
