Rebranding realigns the form with what you have already become: the company changed, the brand stayed behind. Repositioning changes the place you occupy in the market’s mind: you have not changed, you are simply being confused with everyone else and judged on price. The first starts from the inside, the second from the field you compete in. If it is not clear which one you need, that is exactly what a Discovery Session is for.

The programs are organised by the moment you are in rather than by type of service: I’m starting, I’m growing, I look like everyone else, I feel outdated. You start from the sentence you recognise yourself in, not from a list of activities. The moment determines the program, and the program determines the work.

It depends on the program, but the logic is always the same: not a file, a system. Positioning and messages written down in plain language, a visual identity with the rules that govern it, applications across the touchpoints that matter, and guidelines that hold when you add something without us. Every program states on its own page what it includes, item by item.

In five phases: Discover to understand the present, Define to decide the direction, Design to give it form, Deploy to make it real, Develop to let it evolve. Each phase removes an uncertainty and prepares the next. The first four build the brand; the fifth turns it into a system that keeps working.

We do not publish prices, ranges or durations. This is not evasiveness: a quote given before understanding the problem is an invented number, and projects that start from an invented number end badly for both sides. Cost is defined after the Discovery Session, once we know what is actually needed.

Yes. The studio is based in Florence and works with companies across Italy and Europe, in Italian and English. Meetings happen remotely unless being there genuinely adds something — a site visit, a material that has to be seen in person.

No, and that is why the first phase is called Discover. Arriving with unclear ideas is normal: if they were already clear, much of the work would be done. What is needed is a willingness to question what you take for granted.
