Cookie Policy

Which cookies we actually use, which we do not, and how to change your preferences at any time.

01

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. They remember information between pages: the language you selected, for example, or the fact that you have already set your privacy preferences.

Similar technologies — such as browser local storage — serve comparable purposes and are covered here in the same way.

02

Technical cookies

These are the only ones this site uses today. They make the pages work and do not require consent, because without them the site could not operate correctly.

  • Storing your selected language (Italian or English).
  • Storing the preferences you set in this panel.
  • Session handling in the restricted administrative area.
03

Functional cookies

These improve the experience but are not essential — for example keeping the state of a conversation with Iris as you move between pages.

They are only enabled if you choose to allow them.

04

Analytics cookies

These would help us understand which pages are read and where visitors come from, in aggregate form.

No analytics tool is currently active on this site. If we introduce one, it will only run after your explicit consent and this page will be updated accordingly.

05

Marketing cookies

These are the cookies used to build advertising profiles and show personalised ads on other sites.

We do not use profiling cookies. This is not a temporary choice — it is a positioning choice.

06

Third-party cookies

Some parts of the site embed external services that may set their own cookies when you use them.

  • Cal.com — the booking calendar embedded on the Contact page.
  • Iris providers — when you start a voice or text conversation.

We have no direct control over those cookies: they are governed by the respective providers’ policies.

07

Managing your preferences

You can change your choices at any time by reopening the preferences panel from the link in the site footer.

Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, as the law requires.

08

Browser settings

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies from its settings. Note that blocking technical cookies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly.

Instructions can be found in the Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge documentation under privacy and security.

09

How we record consent

Your preferences are stored locally on your device, together with the date of your choice and the policy version in force at that moment.

If we change the categories of cookies we use, you will be asked to set your preferences again.
